All on line orders are processed Monday to Friday. Anything ordered after 1pm will be processed the following day and ordered after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday(unless it is a bank holiday in this case it will be processed on the Tuesday). We try our best to process and despatch orders the day they’re placed however this is not always possible. In the unlikely event of a delay, you’ll be promptly advised. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail to inform you your order is on its way.
In stock items usually dispatch within 24 hours. As we also trade as a retail store items may sometime go out of stock. In the event something has gone out of stock you will be contacted within 48 hours of placing your order. We currently only ship items in the Republic of Ireland using An Post standard post or Fastway. We ship all items at a fixed flat rate of €4.95 per order. Orders over €80 will not incur a shipping charge. Insurance and tracked postage can be arranged. If you wish to avail of these services please contact us before placing your order to confirm the shipping costs.
We are proud to offer quality yarns, fabrics, needles, patterns and accessories for sale to our customers. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items as follows:
IN STORE RETURNS: In addition to your Statutory Rights, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item(s) is unused. We offer an exchange for such returns. A receipt must be produced in order to return items.
ONLINE RETURNS: If it turns out that a yarn, fabric or other item(s) you ordered online aren’t as you expected or were ordered in error, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of our despatch date. We offer exchange for such returns (less actual carriage cost). Outside of this 10-day period, our usual shop Returns Policy applies (below). Before returning an item please contact us either via e-mail at email@example.com or by phone on (091) 751 945.
Refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods once they have been returned to us and inspected. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the return of goods and by the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We can not accept returns on patterns, clearance items or cut goods such as fabrics and ribbons
Payment Information. We accept Credit/Debit cards as methods of payment. Credit/Debit card payments are accepted via Stripe the world recognized leader for secure online transactions. All online payments are encrypted and no information is stored by ourselves or our payment partner.
We use your personal information to process your order and to contact you in the event of a query in relation to your order. If you register to receive our newsletter your details will also be used for this purpose. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to store delivery addresses. You are entitled to request a copy of any of your personal data stored by us at any time.
