This Tape Maker Set is a very handy tool for anyone who likes to sew.

Instructions for use: Prepare a strip of fabric of the appropriate width (depending on which stacker you use). Insert the fabric into the stacker with the back up and pull it out. Using the eyelet (holder), pass the whole strip through the stacker, and at the same time iron it with an iron.
