1. Shipping Methods: We use the services of An Post to deliver your orders securely and efficiently. An Post are a trusted postal service which enable us to provide reliable shipping both within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

2. Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. Please note that processing time may vary during busy periods or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is typically 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, unforeseen circumstances, or exceptional events that may impact courier services. We strive to ensure prompt delivery and appreciate your understanding in such instances.

4. Shipping Fees: Our shipping charge is €5.95. If we can send it for cheaper, we will refund the difference. Orders over €80 will not incur a shipping charge and will ship with an post. Insurance and tracked postage can be arranged. If you wish to avail of these services please contact us before placing your order to confirm the shipping costs. We offer competitive shipping rates to provide you with the best value possible.

5. Order Tracking: Small orders sent with an post will not have a tracking number. All other parcels will have tracking and the number will be sent when the order is confirmed as sent. To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can track the progress of your shipment on the courier's website or by contacting their customer service directly.

6. Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we offer shipping within Ireland and to Northern Ireland only. We do not provide international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

7. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, please contact the courier to make alternative arrangements or collect the package from their local depot.
